It is often intimidating for beginners to train with experienced martial arts practitioners.  This is why we have developed a 12-week foundations curriculum to speed up the initial learning curve.


Over the 12 weeks, you will:

    • Learn about power generation mechanism in strikes
    • Improved core strength, speed, flexibility, and stamina
    • Understand the 3 circles of martial arts
    • Study fundamental self-defense techniques

Upon completion of the 12 week program, you will have a solid foundation to be able to train with the regular class and jump start your understanding of advanced techniques.
