Teaching martial arts at CYC Chinese Youth Camp 2026 was an incredible experience. With nearly 250 campers and just two classes with most groups, I watched students go from having little or no martial arts experience to confidently performing together at the closing ceremony. Sometimes the best measure of teaching is what students can accomplish when the instructor steps back.
